IN THREE DAYS GONE!!! "We recently sold our house in a matter of three days!!! We did not think that we would get an offer that quickly, however we got more than one!!! We closed the following month and now we are working with Kathy to find us our new home. NEEDED TO SELL!!! "Our mother was needing to move with us to Colorado, so we called Weichert, Realtors and got Kathy. She was very accommodating and delightful! She understood the need to have our mother's property sold as soon as possible and she came in, did her job by letting us know what we needed to fix in order to get the price we were looking for. FIRST HOME! Kathy, we want to thank you for helping us find our "First Home"!

SOLD MY OWN HOME! Yes, I sold our home in New Jersey in less than three month. On June 22, 2001, I placed a for "SALE" sign in our front yard. On August 8th, 2001, we had a full price offer!! My husband was stunned to see we had an offer that quickly. He was so stunned, he didn't want to sign the papers. However, after going over everything with him, the job was done. I say this, to help the public to understand a house on the market with no offers, or traffic within a couple of weeks actually means the marketing is not what it should be or the price, etc., is not according the present Real Estate Market!!! So, now the question is, do you really want to sell your home.

We can only say, working with Kathy on our new house was a breeze! She did everything on time and right as a Realtor. We had used another in the past but they were not as efficient as Kathy was.
